Evaluate needs in regards to HR services and proactively develop, implement and monitor plans which will directly impact the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of your client group. Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to management and staff regarding human resource practices, interpretation of policies, problem resolution, and compliance with federal and state law. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Ensures that assigned client group has the people necessary to meet business objectives. This is done though effective sourcing, recruiting, and selection techniques. Participation in local job fairs, military recruiting events, and college career service programs may be required.
