Assists in maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by working closely with operations, engineering, purchasing, sales, production control, quality control and six sigma to ensure that customer requirements are met and preventive/corrective measures are pursued and effectively implemented and documented. Summary of essential job functions ýýý Assists in maintaining and continually improving the Quality Management System in regards to ISO 9000:2001, API Specification Q1 and PED requirements. ýýý Assists in properly documenting key processes as they relate to the overall effectiveness of the Quality Management System (via manuals or procedures). ýýý Reviews customer specifications in order to generate supporting quality plans, procedures, etc. and communicates these requirements to relevant departments in a clear and timely manner. ýýý Plans and performs internal/external quality audits.
